Annual Owners Meeting
An Owners Meeting is held annually, typically in late August or early September of the year, and information pertaining to upcoming or past meetings are posted on this page.
During the meeting, the Board and Property Manager update Owners on the activities of the past year, the financial state of the Association and present the budget for the coming year. Owners are invited to ask questions and raise issues of concern to the Board at the meeting. Officers to the Board are also elected during this meeting if, as is usual, the three year term of one or more members is expiring during that particular year. Pre-meeting reports and other materials are circulated to Owners ahead of the meeting.
