Insurance Liabilities - HOA and Owners
Introduction
Insurance coverage for Snowmass Mountain Condominiums is provided by a combination of HOA and individual Owner insurance policies. The HOA insurance policy protects the common elements, limited common elements, and original property within the complex as installed at the time of construction. Individual Owner policies should protect the contents of individual Units, including any remodeling or upgrades that have been done since the original construction. All Owners are urged to ensure that their individual Owner Insurance Policy provides the necessary coverage they require.
